Carol Choporis
Carol is a full-time realtor with over 30 years of experience in the Southern Maryland area. She was born in Jacksonville Florida but relocated to St. Mary’s shortly after and still resides in the local area. She enjoys helping buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants. She believes the team approach is most beneficial to her clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to her three-member team, she associates with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Her knowledge and experience of the local market and companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with Carol.
Carol and her husband Paul live in Valley Lee with their daughters Joanna and Rayann. The family attends Redeeming Grace Baptist Church (RGBC).
Cindy Crispell
Cindy is a full-time realtor with over 18 years of experience in Southern Maryland. She was born and raised in St. Mary’s County. She enjoys helping buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants. She believes the team approach is most beneficial to her clients and has proven it to work over the last 12 years.
In addition to her three-member team, she associates with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, and contractors. Her knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with Cindy.
Cindy and her husband, Steve, live in Mechanicsville with their children. Their oldest daughter Abby is away attending Regent University, Madeline attends The College of Southern Maryland, Luke is a senior at Chopticon High School, and Annalee attends Mechanicsville Elementary.

Tina Henderson
I am a full-time licensed sales agent working for The Choporis Crispell Team in Southern Maryland. Having moved to Lexington Park as part of my dad’s Navy transfer in 1976, I have lived here most of my life. With all the history, waterfront adventures, parks and cultural diversity it makes Southern Maryland a great place to live and that why I chose to stay. Being centrally located to my family in Pennsylvania and close to Washington, D.C. and Virginia makes weekend road trips a breeze.
I started working for Carol Choporis almost 30 years ago and am the office support for the team. I handle all of the day-to-day activities to keep the team moving forward and achieving their goals. I prepare all listing documents, contracts and advertising materials. In addition to the paperwork, I schedule inspections, and settlements and am dedicated to making sure we have the smoothest settlements possible.
After being a single mother for 18 years, I met and married Karl Henderson, an Air Force Veteran who currently works for a local contractor at Pax River. Knowing how important our military is to our community, I am committed to helping the service members, civilians and their families to find their dream home. The best part of my day is when I get to spend time with my grandchildren, Owen and Cami.
